Join myself and Geri Weeks for a magical evening in an ancient woodland setting. Bathe in the sounds of an Alchemy Crystal Bowl Soundbath alongside a roaring fire under the full moon and stars. Experience a profound wild sound immersion, featuring a guided yoga nidra, a guided relaxation and meditation, to promote deep rest and healing.
Experience the deep sense of community and connection created as we gather together under the trees, join us to be grounded in nature with essential oil breathwork and enjoy moon tea and refreshments around the roaring fire with a Full Moon Fire Ceremony to finish our evening together.

Alchemy Crystal Bowl Soundbath
Millie Ralph will facilitate a wild session using Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, made of 99.99% pure quartz crystal and infused with precious metals, minerals, and gemstones.
The sound bath aims to bring the body-mind into greater balance and harmony, facilitating self-healing and cellular repair acceleration.
The session will guide participants through relaxation and meditation using visualisation, sensory, and somatic awareness.
