Sound blows my mind. It is universal, ancient, it’s life language.

We know that vibration touches every part of our physical being, the way we understand sound is heard not only through our ears but through our whole body. Creating homeostasis in our organs and cells, allowing them to heal, restore and come back to balance.

I work with my voice, Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, tuning forks, chimes and other wood instruments.

Sound helps regulate and heal our body systems and in particular I am drawn to the nervous system, from being predominately in the sympathetic (fight & flight) state to the parasympathetic (rest and digest). The reproductive, endocrine and immune system’s.

Sound vibration synchronises our brain waves to tune into a deeper meditative and healing state. After a soundbath you can expect to feel deeply rested, grounded, spaciousness with more mental clarity.

I booked a virtual session with Millie - I knew she had great energy as I had been to a couple of sounds sessions before. Obviously I would’ve loved an in person session but with Lockdown that wasn’t possible and I just needed to have some healing that I had so missed. It also actually felt like a real treat to prepare my space with calming lighting, smells and comforts. We had a chat about what I wanted from the session. I have had a rollercoaster few years filled with fertility challenges and loss and I needed to find a way through it. Millie is so warming and had such a wonderful way with words which makes you feel like you are chatting to a friend. The guided meditation and special sound bowls transported me to a beautiful place.
